Provider: XRPL-Utilities LLC ("The Company," "We," "Us," or "Our").
XRPL-Utilities operates a dual-infrastructure ecosystem: a human-facing research terminal (xrpl-utilities.com) and a machine-to-machine API execution layer (xrpl-utilities.io). The Company provides a "Reputation Oracle" suite including, but not limited to, XR-Sentinel™, XR-Pulse™, XR-Telemetry™, XR-Trust™, XR-Vault™, and XR-Flows™.
All data provided by Our services is generated through deterministic algorithms and heuristic pattern matching.
No accuracy guarantee. While We strive for high-fidelity intelligence, blockchain data and behavioral classifications are subject to interpretation. We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy of wallet classifications or "Whale" event reporting.
Third-party content. XR-Pulse™ aggregates institutional news from third-party RSS feeds. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legitimacy, or reliability of external broadcasts.
On-chain identity claims.
XR-Trust™ indexes XLS-70/80/81 ledger objects and surfaces self-published off-chain identity from XLS-40 DID records and .well-known/xrp-ledger.toml manifests when an operator publishes one. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement, certification, or compliance verdict on any domain, owner, credential issuer, or member; absence is not a negative judgment. We do not verify the truthfulness of self-attested identity claims. Always do your own research and independently verify any operator before transacting or extending credit.
Real-world asset figures. XR-Vault™ reports on-chain mint, burn, and circulating supply for tokenized real-world assets in their native unit-of-account only. We do not fabricate a USD valuation for non-fiat-pegged tokens. Issuer-stated metrics (marketed AUM, off-chain redemption status, NAV, yield) are not surfaced unless operator-attested and labeled as such. Inclusion of an issuer is not an endorsement of the underlying real-world asset or its custodian. Always do your own research and independently verify any RWA issuer before allocating capital.
Unverified RWA candidates. The XR-Vault™ dashboard surfaces a "Recently discovered" section listing wallets that fingerprint as regulated RWA issuers on XRPL (AllowTrustLineClawback flag set, non-zero issued obligations) but have not yet been operator-reviewed. Candidates are auto-detected from public on-chain signals and an operator-curated well-known label list. Candidate rows show chain-derived fields only (wallet, label, domain, currency, obligations, trustline count, on-chain flags); the asset class, the marketing-friendly name, and any per-issuer caveats are deliberately not auto-populated. Inclusion as a candidate is not an endorsement, certification, verification, or compliance verdict on any wallet, issuer, asset, or counterparty. A candidate may be removed from the dashboard at any time, including if operator review determines the wallet is not a real-world asset issuer. The "Unverified" badge and the candidate-specific tile styling exist to make this distinction visible at a glance; consumers should treat the canonical tracked-issuer set and the candidate set as categorically different.
ETF flow figures. XR-Flows™ tracks US-listed XRP-exposure ETFs across spot and indirect-basket tiers. Net Assets values are sourced from each issuer's public dashboard or public-source aggregators on a daily cadence; We do not cross-validate issuer-reported AUM against on-chain spot price, custodian attestations, or third-party fund administrators, and per-source freshness is exposed on each /scan response so consumers can audit lineage. ETFs hold XRP through pooled institutional custodians, so on-chain wallet activity cannot be cleanly attributed to a specific fund; correlation between ETF AUM movement and XRPL exchange-flow delta is a directional measurement, not a causal claim. Inclusion of an ETF in the tracked registry is not investment advice, an endorsement, or a recommendation. The auto-discovery surface at /stats/etf-candidates is the same kind of pre-review queue as XR-Vault™'s unverified candidates: visibility into pipeline, not endorsement.
By accessing Our API layer (.io), you acknowledge that:
Autonomous actions. You are solely responsible for the actions, trades, or logic executed by any AI agent, bot, or script that uses Our data payloads.
Decision support only. Our data is intended as a "Reputation Signal" for decision support. It is not an instruction to trade, move capital, or interact with specific ledger objects.
Indirect damages. In no event shall XRPL-Utilities LLC be liable for any financial loss, liquidations, or "agentic errors" resulting from the use of Our data.
Access to specific data payloads is gated by the x402 (HTTP 402 "Payment Required") protocol.
Finality. Payments made via native XRP or RLUSD on XRPL, or USDC on Base mainnet, are settled on-chain and are final once the payload is delivered.
Technical guarantee (verify-then-work-then-settle). Our system follows a deterministic execution pipeline. If a data request fails or encounters a system error prior to settlement, the presigned transaction is never broadcast to the ledger. Users are only charged upon successful generation of the cryptographic data signal.
Non-custodial. XRPL-Utilities LLC never requests, stores, or interacts with your private keys. All payments must be initiated by the user or their authorized agent.
The content provided across all XRPL-Utilities domains is for informational and research purposes only.
Not financial advice. We are not a registered investment advisor.
Not compliance advice. XR-Sentinel™ behavioral flags do not constitute a legal "KYC" or "AML" determination. Entities must perform their own due diligence.
XR-Sentinel™, XR-Pulse™, XR-Telemetry™, XR-Trust™, XR-Vault™, and XR-Flows™ are proprietary marks of XRPL-Utilities LLC. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to ingest Our data for internal research or agentic operation but may not scrape, mirror, or resell Our "Reputation Signals" without express written consent.
